ExO Accounting was built around my passion: problem solving. Every set of books comes with its own puzzle — a process that takes too long, a number nobody trusts, a question the reports can't answer yet — and that's the part of this work I actually enjoy.

I've spent my career automating the parts of accounting that used to take weeks at big businesses — cutting month-end closes and bookkeeping hours down dramatically. I automated myself out of a job more than once, and I was doing it a decade before AI hit the scene. That work is why clients here see their numbers daily instead of once a month, and pay less for it.

I've been inside businesses that failed and helped others through both successful acquisitions and exits, so the advice comes from having watched both play out. The goal is helping you grow — not just closing your books, and not wondering each month whether you can make payroll.
